Long Walk on a Long Pier

What was suppose to be a short trip to the bank ended up a nice morning walk on the beach. With the electronic parking stands I ended up paying for 2 hours. With nothing else left to do after banking, my brother and I walked down the pier. Normally in the morning you can spot dolphins, but all we had today was a group of pelicans. What is a group of pelicans called anyway? Funny that I took a picture of a seagull instead. With the wind blowing it was a bit chilly and I was glad to have my poncho. By the time my brother and I walked back the sun was peaking out and the wind died down. With so much time on our hands we ended up eating al fresco at Good Stuff. If you are ever in the South Bay of California you have to try this restaurant. There are wraps, a vegan menu, burgers, salads, on top of a full breakfast menu. Yum, yum. I should take advantage of where I live. Sunny or not it's a beautiful place to be.

  1. Phuong- Um hum. I was thinking I should start making it a daily thing for me. When my Bf was home, we would walk down there all the time. Thanks for commenting.

  5. Claire- Thank you for thinking of me in awarding me the Versatile Blogger Award :)
I felt a little over dress for the beach with the boots and all, but it was too cold that morning to wear sandals. Thanks for the compliment.

  6. Ashley Rae- Thanks for the comment/compliment :)I know it may sound a bit narrow minded but I just can't see myself living anywhere else. It's the weather and I can see why people want to visit or move here.
Ha ha, now I feel pressure to come up with something great for that romper. No just kidding. I do love how you wore yours- light and casual.
